許多的研究報告發現,習慣吃早餐可以預防體重增加,而習慣不吃早餐會增加超重和肥胖的風險。

為什麼不吃早餐並不能幫助體重減輕?

研究人員試圖解釋這一個現象,結果並不一致,但目前獲得較多支持的說法是有關於早餐帶來的飽足感。
